Terms  and  Conditions

 

1. Acceptance 

By using the services of Susan's Nails Peterborough, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Appointments 

* Booking: To book an appointment, please contact us at 07967583794 or susansnails@hotmail.co.uk 

* Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required from new clients to secure appointments. Deposit can be paid via bank transfer. 

* Infills: Infills after 4 weeks will be treated as a new set and charged accordingly. 

Infills on Work Done by Another Salon
If you are a new client coming from another salon or nail technician and booking in for infills, please note that Susan’s Nails Limited cannot take responsibility for any work previously carried out on your nails by another salon or technician.
After assessing your nails at your appointment, I may advise one of the following instead of infills:
Full removal and a new set
Removal only (with no product re-application)
This decision will always be based on the condition and health of your natural nails, which is my priority.
If a removal and new set are required during your appointment, you will be charged accordingly.

* Nail Art: 1 nail art / hand is included in the price.  Any other nail art or more than 1 nail art / hand need to be discussed prior your appointment and it may cost extra depending on time, difficulty etc. 

* Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. 

* Late Cancellation: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% fee of the booked service price. 

3. Services:

* Prices are subject to change without notice. 

4. Payment:
* Payment is due in full at the time of service.
* We accept cash or bank transfer.  No card payments accepted anymore. 

5. Safety and Health:
* We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices.
* Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. 

6. Children:
* Children are not allowed in the salon under any circumstances. 

7. Gift Certificates:
* Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
* Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

8. Damage to Property:
* We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings brought to the salon. 

9. Limitation of Liability:
* We are not liable for any damages or injuries, except in cases of gross negligence. 

10. Changes to Terms:
* We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website.
